Pathway Strategic Partners, LLC, a stand alone Buxbaum subsidiary, is less than a year old, but has already generated tremendous activity due to the breadth and depth of the team’s knowledge and experience. Pathway has provided interim management and corporate recovery advisory services to seven clients since its inception late last year. These engagements have included:

• Advisory services for a pharmaceutical products labeling company
• Interim COO and CAO for an urban wear retailer
• Interim Operations Manager and Controller for an industrial parts company
• Interim Operations Management Team for a junior fashions retailer
• Advisory services for a European auto parts distributor
• CRO for a national retail chain

Pathway has also recently acquired capability in the technology and agricultural industries due to the high level of demand for corporate recovery services in these industries.
